Autumn time / pumpkin time 2023

Current: The season is over and the dates for 2024 are being planned.

We start the season on 23.09.2023.

The farm store with the large warehouse sale is open every day except Mondays. More info under FARMERS OUTLET.

Every weekend we offer a varied culinary variety of food and drinks in the big barn.

Warehouse sale – children’s attractions – beer garden – catering in the barn

Opening hours on Saturday and Sunday are from 1 to 6 pm.

Special opening days with hospitality in the barn:

Monday, 02.10.23 – Bridge day, from 13 – 18 o’clock

Tuesday, 03.10.23 – German Unity Day, from 1 – 6 p.m.

Monday, 09.10.23 – Columbusday (American holiday), from 1 – 6 p.m.

Monday, 10/30-23 – Last day before Halloween, all leftovers need to go out with limited supply.

Tuesday, 10/31-23 – Halloween, from 1-6 p.m., all leftovers must go out with limited offerings

Children’s attractions: Maze in the cornfield, straw castle under the tent, bouncy castle in the dry

In the large warehouse sale there are many products around the pumpkin.

To round out the pumpkin season, specialties related to pumpkins will be offered.

Here we offer the pumpkin soup freshly cooked from the field kitchen.

Pumpkin sausages, pithy or with chili, are offered as a hearty option, as well as the popular pumpkin seed waffles as a sweet snack.

In addition, a three-course menu “All about the pumpkin” will be offered.

Menu Overview:

Dessert: Pumpkin seed waffle

The individual main courses are planned as follows:

23 + 24.09.23 Pumpkin seed roll roast with pumpkin potato gratin and salad

30.09. + 01. – 03.10.23 Pumpkin seed roll roast with pumpkin potato gratin and salad

07 + 08.10.23 Pumpkin lasagna with salad

14 + 15.10.23 Celtic burger (pumpkin bun, venison patty, pumpkin salad) with garnish and salad.

21 + 22.10.23 Pumpkin basil pan with salad

28 + 29.10.23 Hungarian pumpkin beef goulash with side dish and salad

Maze in the Corn field

Current: the labyrinth is closed for this season

Maze – Straw castle – Bouncy castle:

Registration through the farm store is mandatory.

All customers of the farm store and guests who use the culinary offer in the barn pay a flat rate of 2.00 euros per person.

Info for 2024:

The labyrinth will be rebuilt in spring and will be open again from the beginning/mid-September.

The
Straw castle under the tent
and
the bouncy castle under the roof
are also available for bouncing again.

We are happy to accept group registrations from the end of July 2024 (children’s birthday parties, school hiking days, kindergarten excursions, other group visits).

For the pure visit of the attractions a fee of 5,00 Euro for adults and 3,00 Euro for children up to 16 years is to be paid.
